« We had a lovely stay at the Greenacre Hotel, with service being a real highlight especially in the bar. The welcoming drin was a great touch, and the staff were genuinely friendly, smiling, and approachable. Even the other guests in the bar and casino were warm and welcoming, which created a really nice atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. « Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Outer door banged every time someone enetered or left and it "boomed" up the uncarpeted stairwell. Fridge in room was apparently set to 'max freeze' as it froze noit just my freezer bricks (for me small cooler pack, but also the milk, water, beer chocolates I placed in there. The onnly poer point I could use for my phone charger and still be able to reach the phone from bed, was actualy above the pillow, so cables dangled in the way. Really dumb...

« Très décevant! Nous avons attendu 20 minutes au bar avant d’avoir la clé de la chambre. Les toilettes ne sont pas très propres et celles des hommes ne barrent pas. La chambre était propre mais minuscule et n’avait même pas de meubles ( tables de nuit ou autre). »

« Second time staying here, has to be one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. complimentary bottles of water, spacious rooms, plenty of parking and a more then decent shower head are the highlights. We got in about half hour before check in time and the staff were nice enough to let us into the rooms after a long 4 hour drive to get there which was a nice bonus. Still wish they would invest in some black out curtains rather then the blinds they currently use but overall a very nice stay...
